This
year we will be having themed days and are encouraging children to bring
their own peanut free lunch on those days. Since we are introducing
themed days, space will be limited for the activities and
pre-registration will be required. All of our themed days have a fee
of $1.00 per child per day, and pre registration will take place
on July 12th from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the North Sydney
Fire Hall.
On
Monday July 19th we will be having Survivor Day at
Archibald’s Wharf from 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.; this day is full
of fun activities for children aged 5-12. We will have a tribal council,
and team challenges to determine who will be the sole survivor of this
year’s festival.
On
Tuesday we are having Pirate Day at Indian Beach from
11:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. In the morning we will be having our ever
popular treasure hunt where teams of children will scour the beach for
clues to the Bartown Treasure! In the afternoon we will be having a
Beach Party so come out in your best pirate costume and be ready to
party the afternoon away.
On
Wednesday July 21st we will be having the Annual
Carmen Young Track & Field Meet at 10:00 A.M (registration 9:00
A.M.) with a variety of events that will put you to the test. This event
will take place at the Carmen Young Sport Complex Walking Track. No
applicable fee for this event.
On
Thursday July 22nd we will be having the Doll Carriage
Parade in the North Sydney Legion Parking Lot at 10:00 a.m. Beginning at
12:30 p.m. and running until 4:00 p.m. we will be hosting Rock
Star Day at Archibald’s Wharf where children will receive rock star
treatment and participate in music and games!
Medieval Day will be taking place on Friday July 25th
at Archibald’s Wharf from 11:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. The Knights and
Princesses’ will be preparing in the morning for the Royal Games which
are set to take place in the afternoon.
On
Saturday July 26th our theme days will be wrapping up
with Nautical Day taking place at Munro Park from 10:00 A.M. –
4:00 P.M. We will be hosting a day of sea-side fun including face
painting, knot tying and other nautical activities for the children.
Last but
not least on Sunday July 25th there will be a
Show'n'Shine and Family Picnic sponsored by Emergency Services at
the North Sydney Fire Department from 12:00pm - 3:00 pm. No applicable
fee for this event.

remember the fee for all themed events is $1.00 per child, pre
registration is required and will be held on July 12th
from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the North Sydney Fire Hall.
