One of the new additions
to this year’s festival for adults will be a Pub Crawl. This event
promises to be a huge hit with lots of buzz already being generated
about the July 24th event.
The Pub Crawl will consist of teams starting at four different bars at 8
o’clock sharp. Over the course of the night the teams will work their
way around the town’s establishments ending their night at Rollie’s with
a live DJ. To ensure you’re your night flows smoothly, each team will be
given 45 minutes at each area before they are to head to the next
establishment. To ensure this happens on time, staff members will be
stationed at each bar to let the participants know when it’s time to
move on. Teams will also be supplied with a map to help direct them
along their way.
At each location team captains will be required to get their card signed
by staff members to prove the team has gone to every bar. This will
qualify you to be entered for our prize draw at the end of the night. If
you don’t happen to win our main prize, you still have a chance to win
one of our great give away prizes that will be available at all
locations.
In order to attend this event you must pre-register. Registration
will be held until Saturday, July 24 at the Bartown office above the Wilfred Oram
Library, 299 Commercial Street, North Sydney. At registration you will
need to bring picture ID for proof of age. The fee will be $15
dollars per person which will get you a t-shirt and a free cover
charge to participating establishments as well as other specials
throughout the night.
